HOT CHIPPED BEEF DIP 
1 (6 oz.) jar dried chipped beef
1 c. finely chopped green pepper (bell)
1 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

With kitchen shears, snip chipped beef into small pieces. Mix mayo and cream cheese well. Add beef, peppers and onions. Mix well. Put in 1 quart casserole dish and bake in 350 degree oven until mixture is bubbly on top. Great for cocktail party or buffet dinner. Served with crackers or chips.
