1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
2 tsp. shortening
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 sm. can tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
Salt & pepper

In electric skillet, brown steak and pour off fat. Add ingredients, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
