HAM AND EGG PIZZA | |
1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 tbsp. butter 1 c. cooked ham, finely chopped 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent refrigerator rolls 4 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded Pepper Fry onion in butter until transparent. Remove from heat. Add ham. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Place in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan pressing over bottom and 1 inch up sides, carefully sealing seams. Spread ham mixture over dough. Beat eggs. Blend in pepper and milk. Pour over ham, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6. |
