EGG BREAKFAST 
16 slices white bread (take off crust, butter 1 side)
8 slices either cheddar or Swiss cheese
6 eggs
1 qt. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Bacon, ham or sausage, cooked and crumbled

Put 8 slices bread, butter side down in 13"x9" pan. Place a slice of cheese on top of each slice of bread. Put remainder of bread on top, butter side up. Crumble bacon, ham or sausage over the top. Pour egg mixture over all and cover with foil. Set in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
