QUESADILLA 
1 flour tortilla
2 slices Monterey Jack cheese
2 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 onion, chopped (opt.)

Lay the tortilla on a clean surface. Lay cheese slices on top (only half the tortilla). Allow 1/4 gap around edge. Fold over and place in microwave for 30 seconds on high (enough for the cheese to melt). Get a plate and serve as a side order to any Mexican meal. Add onion to cheese before cooking adds zest to your Quesadilla.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
