PEPPERMINT ICE CREAM PIE 
3 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 gallon peppermint stick ice cream
Fudge sauce

Melt chocolate chips over low heat. Add Rice Krispies and mix to coat evenly. Pat into greased 9 inch pie plate (to form the crust). Put into freezer for just a few minutes to set. Add slightly softened ice cream and pat into prepared crust. Freeze until ready to serve. Drizzle fudge sauce on top before serving.
