CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, defrosted
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated American cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Place potatoes in large baking dish. Add other ingredients in order. Top with topping (below). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix and put on cheesy potatoes.
