CREAMY MASHED POTATOES 
10 med. potatoes, peeled and cut up
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
Grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Cook potatoes in unsalted water until done. Put in large bowl. Beat in cream, cheese and sour cream. 2 salts and pepper. Put into 2-3 quart buttered casserole dish. Cover and chill at least 12 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and dot about 2 tbsp. butter, sprinkle with paprika and put on grated cheese (cheese optional). Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes until heated.
