5 lbs. potatoes
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1 square butter

Cook and mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Beat with mixer. No milk. Cool and cover. May freeze. Thaw when ready to use and heat.
