CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar (confectioners)
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (approx. 1 pkg.)
1 tbsp. shortening
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 to 12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips

Stir together sugar, peanut butter, grahams and butter. Place in rectangular pan or glass dish. Press or pat it down in pan so it forms a bottom layer (fits the shape of the pan). In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of shortening. Spread chocolate (melted) on top of peanut butter mixture. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Take out and cut squares. Return to refrigerator.
