BANANA-APRICOT NUT BREAD 
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. mashed bananas (2 or 3)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. cut-up dried apricots

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine baking mix, sugar, flour, egg, milk, and bananas; beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Stir in nuts and apricots. Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool thoroughly. Serve with cream cheese.
