1 c. peanut butter
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1 tbsp. honey
Food coloring

Mix peanut butter and instant nonfat dry milk in a large mixing bowl. Stir in honey, 1 teaspoon at a time, until a firm dough is formed. The mixture should like like light brown clay; add a little more powdered milk if it is too sticky. To make bears, take 1 teaspoon of mixture for the body and 1/2 teaspoon for the head. Knead each piece well and roll gently between palms to form balls. Place head on body. Use tiny amounts of dough for ears. Using a fine brush or toothpick paint on eyes, eyebrows and mouth with food coloring. Makes about 16 candies. They keep well in airtight container and freeze well.
