2 lg. pkgs. lime Jello
40 lg. marshmallows
1 lg. and 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drain - reserve liquid)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. chopped walnuts

Melt marshmallows and lime Jello in 7 cups boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool.

One hour before serving, whip Jello with mixer. Add softened cream cheese (work cream cheese with a fork - add a small amount of pineapple juice to soften cheese to whip with Jello). Fold in pineapple and walnuts. Serve and enjoy!
