CHOCOLATE GLAZE FROSTING 
1/4 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa, water and shortening in saucepan. Stir over low heat until shortening melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and beat in the powdered sugar (sift first if lumpy). Add vanilla. Pour over cake; let some run down over the sides. If too thick, blend in additional water a teaspoon at a time.
