DUTCH PANCAKES 
PAN SIZE 8 INCH SQUARE:

1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour

PAN SIZE 7X9 INCH:

1/3 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

PAN SIZE 9X13 INCH:

1/2 c. butter
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour

Place butter in pan and set in 425 degree oven. Blend eggs in blender at high speed. Add milk, flour and continue blending for 30 seconds. Remove pan from oven and pour in batter. Bake until puffy and browned, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve immediately
