HAMBURGER IN SAUCE 
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. salt
Little black pepper
Less than 1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix. If too dry add little water (1/4 cup). Fry in skillet. Brown them on both sides. Take out. Add to oil in skillet 2 peppers (sliced) and 2 onions (sliced). Cook until soft with lid on.

Put hamburgers on bottom. Onion and peppers on top. Add 2 cans tomato sauce. Put in oven. Cook 30 minutes with lid.
