REFRIGERATOR CHEESE CAKE 
MIXTURE 1:
1 box lemon jello
1 cup hot water

Mix together.

MIXTURE 2:
28 graham crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter
4 tsp. powdered sugar

Mix together and put 1/2 in bottom of pan; save the other half to put on top.

MIXTURE 3:
1 lg. box cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can evaporated milk, chilled or partly frozen

Beat ingredients together until stiff peaks form. Then pour Mixture 1 and Mixture 3 together into whipped milk. Mix well. Pour into dish and top with remaining cracker mix.
