COCONUT REFRIGERATOR CAKE | |
1 box white cake mix 1 can cream of coconut 1 container Cool Whip 7 oz. coconut Bake cake, following directions on box. Let cool. Take a fork and make holes all over cake. Shake cream of coconut well. Pour over cake. Let set 15-20 minutes to absorb into cake. Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with coconut. Keep covered in refrigerator. |
