CRUST:

1 pkg. yeast
2 c. biscuit mix

Place yeast in 3/4 cup warm water. Dissolve yeast. Add biscuit mix. Turn dough onto slightly floured board. Knead about 20 times. Divide into 4 parts. Roll into circles to fit pizza pan or cookie sheet can be used. Make fluted edge to be fancy.

FILLING:

1 1/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. tomato paste or puree
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 lb. shredded cheese

Spread ground beef onto cookie sheet or shallow bread pan. Oven fry for 30 minutes. Drain and chop well. Mix tomato paste and seasoning. Combine with meat; mix well. Spread 1/4 on each circle crust or spread onto crust using cookie sheet.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes (light brown). Top with cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted (5 minutes).
