DARK CHOCOLATE ICING 
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
8 oz. bitter sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. marmalade

In a heavy saucepan, combine whipping cream and corn syrup. Bring just to boiling. Stir constantly. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted and icing is smooth. Cool to room temperature. Stir before using. Mix 1/4 cup of icing with 1/2 c. marmalade. Put between layers. Ice tops and sides with remaining icing. Servings: 1 1/2 cups.
