SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 or 5 potatoes, sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Dried french fried onions
Cheese to taste

Precook potatoes, drain and place in greased baking dish. Pour soup over potatoes, sprinkle dry soup mix over all, sprinkle dry onions over that, then add cheese. Cover and bake until potatoes are done at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Let set at least 10 minutes before serving.
