TIPSY PIG 
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. pork steak
1/4 tsp. basil
1 c. red wine
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper

Brown garlic in oil, remove. Brown meat quickly, place in 9 x 12 baking pan. Add remaining ingredients and half the wine. Cover tightly. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees, stir in remaining wine, bake uncovered 15 minutes.

This recipe I found in a recipe book of my mothers, so I tried it, enjoy!
