LEMON CHEESE SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 box yellow or lemon cake mix
1/3 c. oil
1 egg

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix cake mix, oil and egg to a crumbly consistency. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Pour crust mix into 8x12 inch pan. Press into pan and bake on 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Mix filling ingredients together. Pour over crust. Crumble 1 cup topping on top. Bake for 15 minutes more. Let cool for 20 minutes before cutting.
