PORK CHOPS IN SOUR CREAM 
6 - 3/4 inch chops
3/4 - 1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
2 med. onions, sliced
1 can consomme
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. flour

Combine sage, salt and dash of pepper. Rub this on chops then brown chops lightly in hot fat. Drain fat, add onions and consomme. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Combine sour cream and flour. Pour over and simmer 8 to 10 minutes longer uncovered.
