PORTUGUESE MARINATE 
3 to 4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 lg. chopped onion
About 1 tbsp. salt
2 sm. cans tomato paste
1/4 tsp. dried crushed red peppers
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tomatoes
Dry red wine

Combine all ingredients. Pour over chicken, pork, or beef. Marinate overnight. Bake.
