PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
1/2 pkg. pistachio Jello pudding
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix pineapple and pudding first then add the other ingredients. Chill 2-4 hours or overnight. Double for large group.
