CHRISTMAS MORNING OMELETTE 
16 slices bread (crusts removed, 2 day old bread is great)
8 slices canadian bacon
8 slices Cheddar cheese (not processed)
Butter
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. whole milk (do not use skim)
1 c. mashed potato chips

Do night before: grease 9 x 13 inch pan. 8 slices bread in pan top with Canadian bacon and Cheddar cheese. Top with 8 slices of bread. Beat eggs, pepper, mustard, onion, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and milk. Pour over sandwiches refrigerate overnight. Melt 1/4 pound butter (drizzle over bread) and sprinkle potato chips over top before placing in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
