1/3 can canned crab (Geisha is the best kind) 2 eggs per person 1/3 c. milk 5 tsp. soy sauce Pepper 1 tsp. butter 1 tsp. sugar Onion (Vidalia is the best) Fry onion with butter and sugar until light brown in the frying pan. Combine beaten eggs, milk, crab, pepper and soy sauce in a bowl. Make omelette in fry pan. Eat with ketchup or soy sauce! 1 serving. |
