TWICE BAKED POTATOES | |
4 med. Russet potatoes Crisco shortening 1/2 c. sour cream with chives 1/2 c. shredded cheese Paprika Bake potatoes, rubbed with vegetable oil in oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool slightly. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp, put in bowl and mix with sour cream and cheese. Scoop back into potato halves. Sprinkle with paprika and heat under broiler until light brown. |
