SHRIMP SUPREME 
3/4 c. shell macaroni
1/4 c. butter
1 c. diced green pepper
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. light cream
1 c. ripe black olives, cut up
2 c. cooked shrimp or Lobster

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Melt butter in large saucepan. Add onion, green pepper, and celery. Cook at medium heat until veggies are transparent but not brown. Add flour, salt, paprika, mustard, and garlic salt. Blend. Add cream gradually. Cook until sauce is smooth and thickened. Stir constantly. Add mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, olives, shrimp, and cooked macaroni. Heat thoroughly.
