CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
2 rolls of chocolate chip cookie dough
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped

Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Slice 1 roll cookie dough into slices or pieces (about 30). Place side by side in bottom of dish to form crust. Beat eggs, cream cheese and sugar together; add vanilla. Beat until smooth, then stir in nuts. Pour over crust. Slice second roll of cookie dough and place on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
