Fast Pepper Steak 
1 lb. round steak, cut in strips or small pieces
1 sliced bell pepper
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. brown gravy (or more for thinner consistency)

Brown and drain meat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 15 minutes. Add soy sauce and gravy. Simmer on low heat about 20 minutes. Serve on seasoned rice.
