3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese and sugar and gradually add eggs, beating well after each addition. Pour into crust and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Add topping and bake an additional 5 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and pour over cheese cake.

CRUST:

Approximately 18 graham crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar

Press into bottom of pan.
