2 pkgs. cut and slice cookies (chocolate chips)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Slice 1 package of cookies. Place on bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla in mixer. Pour over cookies. Slice the other package of cookies. Place on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
