MEATLOAVES ITALIANOS 
3/4 c. Quaker Oats
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can ripe olives, sliced
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 lb. ground beef
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine oats, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup sliced olives, 1 teaspoon onion and Italian seasoning. Add ground beef. Mix well; shape into two loaves and place in 8 inch square baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until meat is done. Drain. Combine remaining tomato sauce, olives, onion and garlic powder. Cool over low heat 3 to 5 minutes. Spoon sauce over meat loaves. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven long enough for cheese to melt.
