MARTHA WHITE CORNBREAD 
2 c. Martha White self-rising cornmeal mix
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Cream cornmeal, soda and butter. Add egg and buttermilk; mix well. Bake at 400 to 425 degrees for 30 or 35 minutes in a 9"x9" pan.
