JULY SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach flavored gelatin 1 c. boiling water 3/4 c. cold water 1 c. sliced ripe peaches 1/4 c. diced honeydew melon 1/2 c. blueberries 1/4 c. sliced seedless grapes lettuce or other salad greens Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Thoroughly mix in cold water. Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken. Blend in peaches, honeydew, blueberries and grapes, distributing fruit throughout gelatin mixture. Refrigerate several hours or overnight, until firm. Serve on lettuce or other greens. |
