SALAD BOWL SANDWICHES 
1 can tuna
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. black olive slices
1/4 c. diced onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. diced Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
2 tsp. basil
6 pita pockets

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Let stand for about 1 hour. Open pita pockets and tuck filling inside until full. Serve.
