MALLOW-WHIPT SWEET POTATOES 
2 cans (17 oz. each) sweet potatoes, drained, mashed
2 cups Kraft miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) Parkay butter, melted
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, stir together sweet potatoes, 1 cup marshmallows, butter, juice and cinnamon. Spoon into 1 quart casserole.

Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows; broil until lightly browned. Make 6 servings.

Recipe may be doubled. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Continue as directed.
