MISO SOUP 
1/4 tofu, chopped
1 pkg. shrimp
3/4 tbsp. Dashino Moto
2 slices Kobu (kelp)
2 tbsp. mixo
3 c. water
Rice
Egg
1/2 onion, chopped

Combine water, shrimp, Dashino, Moto, Kobu and miso. Add rice, tofu, chopped onion and egg. Simmer.
