PORK CHOW MEIN 
2 c. pork (chops, steak, or Boston butt), cubed
1 c. celery
1 c. onions
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 can bean sprouts
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Chicken broth or water
Salt and pepper

In skillet brown pork in vegetable oil and place in large pan and cook pork with chicken broth or water until tender, approximately 15 minutes. Add celery, onions and cook until tender (approximately 15 minutes). Add mushrooms, bean sprouts and make a paste of the flour, sugar, soy sauce, and add to the meat and vegetables. Simmer until slightly thick. Serve on chow mein noodles or rice. Serves 6.
