CREOLE MEAT LOAF 
1 1/3 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. catsup
1 egg
2 1/2 tbsp. evaporated milk
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. dehydrated onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/8 c. Creole sauce

Mix all ingredients on low speed until blended. Do not over mix. Press mixture in a baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Top with Creole sauce. Bake for 30 minutes.
