CREAM PUFFS 
PASTRY:

1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. oil
1/3 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Bring water, salt and oil together to a boiling point. Stir in flour and cook until mixture leaves sides of pan. When cooled, add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly. Drop by tablespoonful onto buttered baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce to 350 degrees for an additional 20-25 minutes.

CREAM FILLING:

1/3 c. flour
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream eggs and sugar together. Add flour and beat well. Heat milk and add to mixture. Cool until thick. Add vanilla when ready to fill. Cut a small slit in the side of each puff. Add filling as desired. Refrigerate.
