CREAM PUFFS 
PASTRY:

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Heat water and butter to boiling, add flour and salt. Stir until it forms a thick smooth ball; beat in eggs. Drop by teaspoonsful on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.

FILLING:

1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Prepare pudding as directed but only 1 cup of milk; put in refrigerator. Beat heavy cream until stiff. Then mix together cream and pudding until smooth. After pastry shells are cool, slit and fill. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and drizzle with chocolate.
