CREAM PUFFS 
PASTRY SHELL:

1 c. water
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

FILLING:

1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 pt. heavy cream
2/3 c. milk

For pastry shell boil water and butter in saucepan until melted. Add flour on lower heat and mix well. Place in bowl and let cool 5 minutes. Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time and beat into mixture. Drop on greased cookie sheet by the tablespoon. Bake in 400 degree oven on the top rack for 20 minutes. DO NOT OPEN OVEN. Pull out when golden brown. Remove and cool. Slice open.

FILLING: Mix vanilla pudding, heavy cream and milk until fluffy. Fill shells with tablespoon of mixture.
