MOON CAKE 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

TOPPING:

2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Cool Whip
Hershey's chocolate syrup

Heat water and butter to a rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir until mixture forms a ball. Add eggs all at once.

Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet or 9 x 13 pan at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING: Mix all topping ingredients with mixer except Cool Whip and syrup. Add topping to cool cake and top with Cool Whip. Drizzle syrup over the top. Refrigerate to set.
