POCKET PIZZA 
1 c. flour
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together above ingredients to form a dough. Stir until dough leaves side of bowl. Knead 10 times, cover and let stand 15 minutes. 1/4 c. pizza sauce 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Cooked Italian sausage 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 pkg. pepperoni 2-3 more tbsp. pizza sauce 1/2 c. more Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Roll dough out into a 12 inch circle. Fold loosely in half and place on cookie sheet. Unfold. Brush with oil. Layer remaining ingredients on 1/2 of pizza circle in the order listed above. Fold dough over filling. Turn edge of dough over edge of top dough. Prick top with fork. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
