TURNIP GREEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. drained, canned turnip greens
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix above ingredients and place in a buttered casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
