MYSTERY SALAD 
In larger salad bowl, add in three layers - DO NOT MIX:

1 or more heads lettuce, torn in sm. pieces
2 or more stalks celery, chopped
1 med. Bermuda onion, sliced and separated into rings or chopped
2 c. cooked and cooled frozen petite peas
1/4 lb. or more bacon, fried and crumbled (I use 1/2 lb. and save 1/2 of it for top)
Salt and pepper each layer lightly

Top layer will be lettuce. Cover with Best Foods or Kraft mayonnaise. Drop by teaspoon, then spread all over and seal edge. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons sugar. Sprinkle with 1/4 pound crumbled bacon. Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
