APRICOT COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. apricot preserves
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut

Cream butter, cream cheese and preserves. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
